The maxit Quality Assurance System for Installation Floors must be used by the accredited maxit Floor contractor for all floors according to this specification. See the following section: Quality Assurance System
Neither maxit nor the accredited maxit Floor contractor can be held liable for any damages caused by changes in building structures or structural movements.
The main contractor must ensure that the existing substrate meets the specified requirements (in connection with the products used) regarding surface strength and moisture levels. The main contractor must also ensure that the required application and drying conditions are met for the systems and individual products used.
The main contractor is responsible for load-bearing and sound calculations of building and floor structures with regards to the used Installation Floor system
