Main area of application
  • Rapid reconstruction of e.g. stores & shops with cement-bonded floor coatings as final flooring material – for internal use.
  • Total reconstruction time: Minimum 48 hours
System Description



(1) Surface Treatment: Matt Appearance or
Semi-Glossy Appearance or
Glossy Appearance 
(2) Top layer: Floor 4610 (layer thickness: 8 - 15mm) or
Floor 4630 (layer thickness: 8 - 15mm) or
Floor 4650 (layer thickness: 8 - 15mm)
(3) Primer on base layer: Floor 4716 (2 layers, first 1:10, concentrated primer/ water, and second 1:3, concentrated primer/ water)
(4) Base layer    Floor 4600 (layer thickness: 5 -30mm)
(5) Reinforcement
(if needed): 		Bolted steel mesh (ø 4mm mesh 150mm)
(6) Primer on substrate: Floor 4716 (2 layers, first 1:5 concentrated primer: water, and second 1:3, concentrated primer/ water)
(7) Substrate Concrete
