Police Academy, Copenhagen, Denmark

When the new Police Academy was built in Copenhagen in 2003, they wanted both a functional floor withstanding tough wear, and a floor matching the architectural design of the building. The architects chose to use DuroColour black from maxit.
The structure is a floating dB-floor that has been designed by using maxit’s guidelines and calculation program for impact sound insulation.
